GOLF SPECIFIC

Every workout program is geared towards improving your golf game through a multi-faceted approach. Plans include general strength training, explosive and power movement, golf-specific exercises, stability and mobility work, as well as rehabilitation for past injuries, and prehabilition for preventing future injuries and ensuring longevity. 

NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING

Nutrition is an important aspect of fitness and performance. Optimally fueling the body for training and performance on course can be the difference between success and failure. All programs include optional nutritional and supplementation counseling for weight loss, muscle gain, and performance. 

CUSTOM PROGRAM

Each program is custom made for you and your individual needs. It is fully customized by Sam after your initial video call. Since it is custom made, your program will continue to progress and evolve at your own pace. Programs are customized by available gym equipment, exercise preferences, lifestyle, past or present injuries/pains, time restraints, and golf schedule. 

ACCOUNTABILITY

Every package includes a monthly check-in call to discuss progress and progressions of the routine as well as any problems that have arisen. We view training as a partnership so with every package, you will have direct private message access to Sam. 

EASY TO USE APP

We provide all remote fitness programs and swing routines in one convenient app. Available at your figure tips, you have what to do, when to do it, and how much of it to do. Your workouts are easily laid out with video demonstrations. You can track progress as well as communicate with your coach directly through the app.

Schedule Call

Once you have decided which plan is best for you, schedule your initial video call. 

Have Video Call

You can expect to discuss your goals, health history, available equipment, schedule, and any physical limitations. All of the information needed for Sam to create a fully customized fitness routine specific for your needs, requirements, and goals. 

Begin Workouts

The following week after your call, you will receive your fully customized program on our app. Begin your workouts and log progress as you start your journey towards achieving your goal. Keep communication and receive accountability from your coach through the app. 

Have Monthly Check-In

Have monthly check-in calls to make sure you are progressing towards your goals and to discuss any upcoming changes/progressions in your program.
